Some have said the first question to ask is what the purpose in picture framing is. Who has not heard the cliché, “a picture is worth a thousand words”? A picture framer is more than a retail specialist. In many ways, an adoptive mother is more to a child than the natural mother in the same way an editor is more to a written wall piece than the author. The picture framer is as important to a wall statement as the photographer.
